Fixed Plant Maintenance

KMS can deliver the expertise to ensure your job is done right. With over 13 year’s experience of completing routine maintenance, critical repairs and break downs in the mining, agriculture  industries, we have proven we deliver a high standard of workmanship when undertaking and executing all facets of fixed plant maintenance.

The main driver for the growing success of KMS is our professional manner, efficiency and strong focus on safety. Our team are highly trained with all the current safe work competencies; working at heights, confined space, Cert III in Engineering, dogging, EWP, forklift, 3E pressure welding.

Mobile Welding

KMS provides a fully equipped mobile welding service with the capability to handle jobs of any size or complexity.

We have over 13 years experience working onsite in the copper and gold mining industries.  This includes cast steel welding, excavator bucket repairs and welding, bulldozer bucket repairs & hardfacing. We also have experience with fabrication and welding in the transport industry.

Poly Welding

KMS is a leader when it comes to poly welding.

We undergo plastic pipeline installations and poly welding projects. Offering poly welding services for polyethylene pipes from 40mm to 800mm in diameter.

Our team who are fully accredited with Polymer Industries Australia are skilled in a variety of poly welding techniques.

We specialise in high-density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) welding, butt welding, electrofusion welding and HDPE butt welding as a standalone service, or as an add-on to any of our civil works services such as earthworks and civil plumbing and drainage.

We have vast poly welding experience and expertise working in New South Wales’ mining regions.

Shutdown Maintenance

KMS supplies labour to the mining industry to work along side the maintenance team where required.

KMS also supplies labour to selected companies to help with labour shortfalls on shutdowns and project works.

We offer a diverse range of services that include shutdown coordination, project management, supervision, shutdown labour and engineering, scaffold services, mechanical services, fabrication, construction and mine maintenance.
